Submit a Claim
1. COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
Once you have chosen the books and learning materials you want and completed your check out you'll receive in invoice from Lindsey's Book Nook with PaperPie. Please check your spam folder or send an email requesting your invoice to CWlindseysbooknook@outlook.com
2. SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM
Go to your ClassWallet account and select Pay Vendor. Follow the steps provided here to submit your invoice: https://classwallet.my.site.com/classwallet/s/article/How-to-pay-a-vendor or review the steps HERE.
3. YOUR ORDER WILL BE REVIEWED
Once your invoice is submitted to ClassWallet for review you will be notified of its approval or rejection. If your claim is rejected I will work with you to adjust your invoice and order as needed. If your claim is accepted your order will be placed in 1-2 business days and headed your way!!
